It has been a busy past few months at the AMT test track. Have you scheduled your visit yet?
GlobalAtlanta visited the AMT Test Track and profiled the technology and our current marketing status. On January 4th and 5th, AMT was proud to host more than 100 scholars and academics from universities around the United States who attended the 2011 National Science Foundation Civil, Mechanical and Manufacturing Innovation conference, which focused on Engineering for Sustainability and Prosperity. More information can be found here, and photos from the event are posted below. President & CEO Tony Morris presented at the January 24th meeting of the Sandy Springs, GA Rotary Club. More information and a summary of the presentation can be found by clicking here and scrolling about halfway down the page. Thanks to Clay Duda of the new Powder Springs-Lithia Springs publication PATCH for a great profile of our test track. Seasons greetings from all of us here at American Maglev. Business picked up so much over the past couple of months that we began to neglect updating our website and blog… but rest assured, regular updates are atop our list of new year’s resolutions. We also look forward to announcing our first commercial project(s) in 2011. Stay tuned for updates! Until then, please enjoy the following test track photos from Fall 2010. Have a happy and safe holiday season!

Later that night we all were able to go to the Braves game and watch the Braves beat up on the Milwaukee Brewers. On Friday the 16th, our friends from ACS and the Metro Mexico came out to the test track for some more meetings and to ride the train. Below are some pictures from their visit. |
